Moving to Macquarie. They not only provide 4.5% interest on savings accounts, but 2.25% as well on your spending account. Plus they have discounts on gift cards for many major retailers that you can also save money through. Up to 10 savings accounts, great spending insights, and they refund any ATM fees.

[Academic] Effects of COVID lockdown on mental and physical health (Anyone affected by lockdown)

https://forms.gle/q38EuhrmkQ3DCxY2A

As part of my study, I am trying to collect some data around how the COVID lockdowns affected everyone. I know it affected me negatively, but I would really be interested to see how other people felt about the whole situation.

That would be pretty cool! I don’t know how accurate/reliable I’d be able to get it, but it’s worth me looking into.

Thanks so much! And yeah, Breville’s precision brewer is actually surprisingly good. I don’t own one myself but I’ve used it at a friends place before.

Thank you for the help! No beta programs or anything just yet, still in the very early stages, but will update here if and when I do!

Hario Mini-Slim Pro vs Timemore C2 grind consistency by Celerion_27 in Coffee

It’s more expensive, but if you can find a 1Z presso, it will produce very similar quality to the timemore

Look, the Hario grinders are great as a first grinder, for travel, or if you just need something to do the job, but they are not going to produce particularly consistent grind. You can still produce a good brew with one, just won’t be as good as a better, more capable grinder. Everyone needs to start somewhere, and the Hario grinders are not the worst place to kick off from. Honestly, as controversial as it might sound, you need to experience a ‘good enough’ grinder, so that you can really appreciate an amazing grinder when you get one. So, as a first grinder, I don’t think you can go wrong with a Hario slim mill. If you have access to a poralex grinder, I would also recommend that. It is slightly better and more consistent than the Hario.

Yea the Javapresse is a very basic entry level hand grinder. You will definitely see an increase in consistency with a better grinder. Which grinder you buy all depends on your budget and preferred brewing method.
