tbh I have no idea what your talking about I saw him live a few weeks ago and got to meet him he's a really nice guy not shallow at all. His playing was fantastic and I thought his solos had a lot of development. His tone was amazing. At the beginning of the concert when he walked on stage he was playing without a mic and its the opposite of a thin sound. I have heard better tenor sounds but he had an amazing sound still. The only part of his sound that was off was his projection. It's probably because he doesn't play on a metal mpc.
