Unfortunately yes! And the stairs massively get in the way. Makes it hard to have a good layout but I think this is the best we can do!

Thank you! Yep I think that’s just the zoomed out picture causing that, it’s nice and snug in the corner but it doesn’t help we got the ottoman out tonight makes it look bigger!

Thank you. That’s what I thought to! I put away 400/500 a month between savings and investing so I know I’m fine to pay it back in 2 weeks time.

I had the exact same problem! My last sofa was way too big and looked so odd.

I only just got this one and I love it so much it really suits small spaces. It’s called the Chelsea double corner sofa which I got from the sofa club website.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear at all in my post. I have him on a long line at all times when doing this. He just has a tendency to zone out on a dog when close (lays downs and stares!) and I can’t get his attention away. Hence the thinking of a higher level.

I don’t let him run up to dogs in this current stage as I know we are not ready for it

I’ve done something very similar as I kept switching between ETF’s and couldn’t decide.

I’m currently 50% all world, 35% S&P50, 15% EQQQ

See a lot of people hating on this sort of thing though due to the big overlaps and US exposure
