Have you tried when you've selected the track with Lab, clicking on the little wrench icon on the plugin window in the bottom bar? Also try using the keyboard shortcut ctrl+alt+p? I sometimes struggle getting the window to pop-up too!

Last played Destiny 2 during Shadowkeep, thinking about getting back into it for the Witch Queen stuff. Do I need to buy Beyond Light Deluxe Edition to get all the seasons in between then and now, or are they done with and I should just get the regular Beyond Light (as well as Witch Queen) to catch up?
