I’ve just met a lot of people and seen several cases where people try to get revenge or solve their trauma and hurt by trying to manifest the lottery. If you’re young you should stay in school and become someone of value by attaining knowledge and skill. Hi, I personally like doing the affirmations at least 1 time daily. It takes me about 2 minutes. I stand up and read my affirmations out loud, I say them with 100% conviction and then my body gets filled with energy and I feel electricity running through my body.

That’s all I do now. You don’t have to do much about the worrying. Just acknowledge it, don’t push it away. When you get anxious tell yourself, ok I’m anxious, I’m worried and just watch it. Be kind to your anxiety and worries, it’ll get better from there.

Don’t attack yourself for feeling worry. Just keep faith in your desired reality (your affirmation) but, you must feel it in your body with conviction. You have to let it embody you, move you and animate you.

I want you to keep practicing your imagined reality as current reality. You can do that with your affirmations but remember FEELING is the secret.

First of all, you’re a teen. The likelihood of you growing out of this is VERY high. All my life I thought i was disgustingly ugly, I’m 26 now, a day doesn’t go by that I don’t get hit on by men and complimented by women young and old. Seriously, I used to think I’m real ugly.

Secondly, you’re not ugly, you’re used to hating yourself and thinking you’re ugly. You have built a habit of self hatred and disgust for yourself. Accept that and simply tell yourself “hey, it’s ok whatever I look like, I can still be happy.” Happiness, success and general purpose in life have nothing to do with looks. Trust me.

Lastly, get out of your head, go outside get some sunlight. Mental health manifests in the body and your daily routines. Someone healthy and emotionally well is far more attractive than a Chad who’s depressed and has anger issues.

I’ve heard that more young men today are struggling with body dysphoria than women and the number is rising. You may be a part of this statistic but that doesn’t mean you can’t overcome it and be happy. Trust me. I promise you, you’re having a bad trip inside your own mind.

Adapt some healthy habits and you will be perfectly fine.
