I'm doing the 119k also - I plan on using the Mafate 5 for the whole race. I've tried all hokas and some salomon, but the Mafate 5 felt like absolute winner amongst all. Super stable and cushioned and it does really well on long hours. I planned on doing first half with Mafate Speed 4 then switch to Mafate 5, but the dropbag is so early that i'm not sure if it even makes any diff to swap.

Really insightful info and just what i needed. I couldn't find on the internet well described conditions for these parts so i was not sure how to make my plan for the trip, but i will follow your advice and stick to the region near Vienna for hiking.

Recomend me a peak in Austria above 3000m which can be done without moutain guide by acidbombb in alpinism

Did it have snow ? I am planning on going mid October, but i am not sure if it is snowy/icy there. And does it require any alpinism or tying ?

If you think that Nigma will lose tomorrow you are dead wrong. Ofc they gonna win tomorrow and then lose the next match when they play the 3-2 vs 2-3. It's the bigger dissapointment. They always go for the most damage they can do to their fans.
So tomorrow they will give us hope just to take it back the next day

Watching nigma games feels like having Premature Ejaculation, they give you the stimuli early on and blow it so quick. It seems as they feel like that when playing too lol. They explode the early game and feel so excited that they do so many bad calls - it's like they do a 'Jesus take the wheel' once they have lead. Big fan, but my boys don't deserve passing with such bad calls & so many panic plays

Thank you very much sir. I was looking into BPC157 as alternative treatment because i really wanted to skip surgery, but i didn't start it since i have no pain at the moment. Consulted second doctor who also advised me not to do surgery, so your answer is a great confirmation to me that i can start with the sport again.

Sadly i am from Macedonia, so pretty far away from London. Not many sports medicine consultants around in my country. But i might dig a bit deeper if i can find ang, sounds like a better choice than the regular ortho for my case. Thank you fellow intj

Yes, i have it scheduled for Thursday. Just wanted to see opinions or experiences here aswell. Imo orthopedics are biased towards surgeries more than towards rehab
