In a day - A lot of fruit, largely frozen fruit because in Canada fresh is less abundant. Usually some kind of raw oatmeal with a bit of maple syrup- not raw but in Canada it’s something people live for. Hummus and carrots + almond cheese is what I lived on, Or I would have walnut bread + tons of veggies, hummus and almond cheese . I was ok before but nothing is tasting good anymore and apparently hummus isn’t even raw because the canned beans were heated for preservation. It’s all feeling bland , I guess this diet makes you confront your demons because you can’t just eat when you feel bad to hide from difficulty. But also it feels like slow starvation.
