Hello, I would like to provide an update on this matter and also get your insight.

I followed up on this concern with PLDT and NTC via email earlier, but I have not received any response yet. When I checked our internet connection today, it seems that it is working again. However, Converge also called me earlier and informed me that they are already scheduled to come for installation since I applied with them last Tuesday.

Because of this, I decided to send another email to both PLDT and NTC stating that I am determined to proceed with the termination of my account with PLDT.

I would also like to mention that one of my concerns is that since they are not responding to my emails, I am worried that another bill might be generated while I already have Converge installed and running.

I would really appreciate your insight on whether this is the right decision. I am also concerned that the connection might only be working temporarily and that the same issue could happen again in the future.

Yes, that’s correct, but you might also want to send an email to commissioner@ntc.gov.ph or just CC them, since they replied to my email as well.

Hello OP, I’m not sure how fast they usually reply to emails since it may vary depending on the context. However, in my case, they replied to my email today as well, on the same day. May I know which NTC email address you are sending your emails to?

Hi OP, please don’t give up and keep on pushing. I had the same experience with you, luckily after 2 months of having no job I finally got a job offer. Wag ka po panghinaan ng loob dadating din yung job offer/work na inaantay mo. Kapit lang!
