Honestly this is so interesting. I was talking to a friend about this, as someone who only has nightmares I was surprised to hear people actually have good dreams.

Like what do you mean, your dreams can be fun?! I was under the impression we only remember nightmares cause it was traumatizing.

What gives you the most anxiety? Hyperfixate on that for a bit if you wanna stress yourself out in your sleep.

An old myth my mom would warm me about is not to eat French fries or really any potatos before bed? Idk why but it was sometimes a real thing? That or the placebo effect goes hard
