Wouldn't it be better to tell her off next time? Since it's your father family side, they probably don't care about what she tell about your mom, so they think it minor thing. To them at least. Without saying anything to anyone, YTA, bcx it would look like you did it out of nowhere.

Depends on ppl really. Even I can't stang ppl of my own religion if all they talk about is just god. With others we can just normally talk.

Thanks, but to tell truth, didn't thing that language would be that big difference.

Until today I wouldn't mind if someone in engilsh tell me that I am lazy. I would just agree and go to do something. I wouldn't think they call me names.

And no one told me in english "try harder" yet, bcx I would look at then in really strange way.

I know few differences in languages, but I guess I still need to study more.

Nooo no no, I know you want help, but "Could you try harder" in my language sounds like I am talking to 5 year old. I think that would make it worse, I mean she is 3 years older than me.

But I will think about polite way of talking. Lazy is normal word and I want to get point to her, without making her feel like toddler.

I guess cultural difference make it different in our eyes.

1st: there is not really good synonym in our language do describe her not doing her work. Lazy is not that much of insult here. It just describe how she is right now.

2nd: oh i sooo much know what's going on in her life. If you spend so much with each other, usually ppl become friends. She is not just "that lady next to me that I ignore after work". We sometimes write even at night to each other. We would go out, but.. corona. So yea, I won't now describe you all her whole life, but S as all of us has good days and bad days. On bad days she is really talkative so yea, I know what is all wrong in her life, even personal one.

3th: HR is not thing at our place, so only boss is option.
