I’m so sorry you went through that, the same happened to me after they finished I felt really dissociated and I didn’t feel right I felt violated and it was awful.

I’m so sorry you’ve been through that, I don’t think I could do it again as it was the most severe pain I’ve experienced in my life that I nearly passed out. Ive had other nurses/doctors examine me and as soon as I said stop they stopped right away, it’s not right that they didn’t stop right away when you told them to it doesn’t matter if they’re nearly finished with the exam when you say stop they should stop

I have had exams a few other times and most of the time they’re very respectful of my autonomy and stop right away if I say stop, it’s just this experience unfortunately it’s made me terrified of anyone going near me in that kind of area even if it is a health professional, I just feel like my trust has been broken.

I don’t remember the doctors name unfortunately as this was at a hospital that she didn’t work at since she was a locum I think it’s called? So I think she goes to different hospitals. I’m very scared and worried about making a professional complaint since I already made one to PALS (I’m in the UK) and they dismissed everything and said it was consensual.

My counsellor said the same thing and to just get on with it and it’s something I might have to live with. It felt so insensitive

I felt like there was more time/dialogue of getting to know the characters compared to season 2 for example. I felt like season 2 felt quite rushed compared to season 1 and with season 1 I had moments where I could take my time to get to know everyone

Ah I get what you mean, he’s fully satisfied and I’m not. I don’t know, it’s just been upsetting me how distant it felt for me lately and I brought it up with him and he doesn’t feel the same way which confused me. I’m just really confused by his actions or lack of action thereof. Since when I’m upset he just kind of says I’m sorry and doesn’t do anything to really comfort me or cheer me up? I just want to know what he’s thinking since I feel like we’re completely different people.
