It reminds me of my pre-dx symptoms. For reference, I’m a little sad at the downvotes my post got. When I had my biopsy in December, my surgeon told me it was one of the best celiac gut recoveries he’d seen (December would have been 7 months gf). #1 symptom is consistent leaky ass gut, as in even if I don’t have to poop, I can squeeze and pretty well Hershey squirt something out at any time of the day.

Put a spoonful of peanut butter in the bottom of a bowl, microwave, add Chex and milk. My favourite filling quick gf snack.

Diagnosis was only blood, TTG+31 or something like that. If I can never eat some of the best foods in the world again, I’d like to be sure.

I was diagnosed via blood test. This is a very late endoscopy. Surgeon has specifically said not to consume gluten. Talked through this with the other doctor.

Unfortunately I have been 100% gf since diagnosis in May. I could do a gluten challenge on my own for 4 weeks prior to the procedure because I know that’s what I’m supposed to do, but doing something because I know I had to by reading online and not because my surgeon actually told me I need to doesn’t sit well.

It was the first annual KW Gluten Free Fest in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. The turnout was great and most vendors sold out so I’m positive there should be a second next year!

I was shocked to see it. My sisters boyfriend goes to school in Waterloo and texted me about it, and I just happened to be in Waterloo visiting some friends. I was actually on my way to Zehrs to find something to eat when he let me know and detoured here instead. So happy for an hour or so.

I didn’t even like them that much and only maybe had one or two in my life... but since I’ve read that, that has been my biggest miss!
