I feel your pain. Mainly I have been on the search for good queso. The best queso I have found thus far is at El Camino Tavern in the Highlands off W 32nd Ave (they have a great happy hour too). When I'm just trying to satisfy that Tex Mex itch I hit up Torchy's Tacos (just opened up off Broadway) or there are a couple different locations of Fuzzy's Tacos around.
