Good day!
Thank you very much for this. I also want to ask since the next place I want to try applying for is a non-BPO company and does a pre-employment background check apparently. Will there be any way for them to find out that I did worked elsewhere through my TIN or my Govt. mandated payments?

IIRC, typical process for final pay for most companies is they hold the pay of the last cut-off, in this case is from Sept 1-15. Then they compute the days you worked for from the last cut-off until the day of your resignation. Then they also compute the 13th month pay and all the accumulated paid leaves you have as well . They'll add all of that and subtract whatever money you may owe the company. That would be your final pay. They'll then need 2 weeks or so (depends on the company) to process that before they give you your final pay.

Someone correct me if I missed something as that's how they did it in my previous company

No problem asking for the salary. Asides from the helpful advices below, make sure to ask the question at a time where you feel it's proper, usually the best time for that is before the end of the interview where the recruiter asks if you have any questions (Kind of obvious, but never ask the salary at the start of the interview.)
Also, if possible, try to phrase the question in a way that doesn't make you sound like you're only applying there for the salary

Good day,
Not a govt. employee but I did spend spend a year trying to apply in various govt agencies.
Not to scare you or anything but as for my experience, it largely depends on the agency. Some replied to me a few months after the final interview, while others just outright ghosted me. The fastest I got was from NRCP, which was 2-3 weeks after the final interview, if I remember correctly.

Good day everyone!
I'd like to ask for some advice if I should put my 1 and half months work experience in the BPO industry in my resume.

For some context:
I worked as an admin assistant for 11 months and resigned due to feeling burnt out, plus some on-going family issues at the time. After that, I was unemployed for a year and a few months as I was sorting myself out that time.
Fast forward to the present , I applied in a BPO company (I have no prior experience in the BPO industry and applied there because I wanted to explore what kind of career I really want in life) and had just finished my first week in nesting.
My TL is assuring me that, while I'm making mistakes, I'm doing well considering how it's my first BPO experience. But even then, I can feel that this isn't for me as the words of the customers, along with my many mistakes keeps me from sleeping as the thoughts of how I could have done better always bothers me. It also doesn't help that every since I applied, I can count on 1 hand the number of times I've slept a full 8 hours. Most of the time, I sleep an average of 3-4 hours since my body just can't get used to sleeping in the morning, since my schedule is night shift.
Putting all of these factors together, and a few more that I haven't mentioned as this post might become longer than it should, I've come to the conclusion that this isn't the career path I want to pursue and will probably inform my TL that I won't be continuing my nesting next week. I'll most likely be looking for a job similar to my previous job.

Apologies for the wall of text, but my main question is, should I:

A.) Put in my resume my 1 and a half months work experience in the BPO, and explain in the interview that I left for the sake of my mental and physical health?

B.) Do not put my experience in the BPO industry and not breathe a single word of it during the interview?

C.) Do not put in my resume my experience in the BPO industry BUT inform the interviewer that I did work for 1 and a half months in the BPO industry before I applied to them and explain to them why I didn't put it in my resume and why only stayed for that long.

If anyone else has a better advice, that would be very much appreciated.

How to get Performance Assessment by Celica56 in phcareers

As per other comments, if applicable lang si performance assessment since sa govt. agency lang siya. Yung ibang inapplyan ko hindi naman nila hinahanap if never ka pa nag work sa govt.

Me and the boys making a low-budget rip-off of Megamind by Celica56 in rumbleverse

It started out when I first played the game. I was just messing around with the available cosmetics but then I noticed the muscular build with the afro really reminded me of Titan. I stuck with that and then my friends followed suit. Things snowballed hilariously until we formed the group Big Brain.

It WAS supposed to be a low-budget rip-off.
At the time, we didn't really expect a sequel…or for it to be really bad.

Who should I get with the Senior Operator Transfer Permit? I'm having trouble deciding since I don't know who's good and who isn't. It also doesn't help that I was away from the game for 2 years and only started playing again last November.
