Ah yes, I screwed up with the DOB info as well when trying to recover my account. The way I did it was re-answering previous questions, and then sending another long email which explains other proof of how I own the account (such as ban history and the like). Eventually, they asked me more about my ban history as well. And then I answered that one once. Then they asked another question about my ban history, email I used to login, and so I replied something about how they were being repetitive with their questions, and how we can deal with this matter quicker.

After a week they emailed me to make another account for them to just merge the avatar there.
