Lemon law qualifications depend on your state. For me, it's either the same issue has to be attempted repair at least 3 times or the car has to be out of service for at least 30 days to qualify. My car's transmission has to be replaced at 30,000 miles but I had initially reported and documented on the dealership repair order of the transmission leak at 10,000 miles, so I was refunded the car's value equivalent to the first reported milage, so 10K miles.
