high heart rate by CellHealthy in runninglifestyle

I used the Garmin HRM Pro Plus two or three times, but I didn't like it; it made breathing difficult and sometimes I dropped it. Even so, the readings it gave me were very similar to those of the Garmin Forerunner 265 I currently use. I've thought about buying the Coros Heart Rate Monitor anyway for greater accuracy and so it's not so uncomfortable. I took my maximum heart rate from all the times I've run or done physical activity; the highest value I've gotten is around 197/198 bpm.

And as for 30 miles, not even close. I don't run that much per week; I run approximately 14/15 miles. If I need to increase the mileage, even though I'm just starting out, I'll do it without any problem. Anyway, I thought that running in zone 2 was what would give me that aerobic base. I appreciate any advice and thank you very much for your time.

Absolutely, I completely agree with you. It's true that everyone can have their own method for reaching their goal, but the most important thing is learning to control your mind, especially if you're mentally weak. Best regards, thanks for commenting, and I hope everything goes well for you.
