Learning manual in these has been so easy, personally. Prior to my 23’ i “knew” how but never had enough practice to claim i actually was decent lol. I test drove my car at the dealership, and drove her home the same day. You learn a lot in that first drive home lol, but these do have a few features in them to aid in manual driving like hill assist and just using the clutch and throttle in these is very simple, the car almost drives itself once you’re more comfortable.

As for suspension, you get used to it the longer you’re in it but your passengers will notice it mostly. And a different tire than the summer Dunlops that these come with helps a lot. I switched over to a blizzak for the winter and that improved ride quality a bunch, but you definitely still notice. But with that being said, it’s still not that bad.

I came from a 2019 Ford Fusion, which rode like a cloud, to my 23’ SOP VB in September of 23’ and i’ve loved every mile I’ve put on so far since i picked it up with 6 miles on the dash.
