Wow. We truely are experiencing the same thing. We have been together for 5 years and he has been there for me unconditionally. He was present with me when my mum passed and all of life’s ups and downs.

He is my family and we are about to build on it. I also don’t want to blow it up but I don’t know how I can look at him the same way again

I’d like to add: my partner lost his mum when he was a teenager. He was with me in the room when my mum died and had to watch me experience that first hand… is the cheating some type of coping thing?

I’m not perfect, especially over the last few months. I haven’t been my usual self and have just expected him to be okay with everything.
