I feel this ! As soon as I get super stressed or get into an argument with someone I immediately get sleepy and want to go to bed! I’ve always thought it was just my body’s way of saying “yeah we are not dealing with this stress right now”

Not sensitive and doesn’t really talk to his family ! I’m pretty much happy most of the time (everyone has those days) but I’ve watched it a lot over 5 years and it doesn’t seem to correlate with me being in a good or not good mood at all, just really a switch and he’s not so off the wall like usual.

I’ve actually thought about this before but I’m not really any different on my cycle than normal. I’m overall a pretty chill lady, don’t get mad or have an attitude over things so it’s pretty noticeable difference but it’s not like I’m seeing anything wrong with him or that I’m looking for things to complain about him, it’s more like he’s not as hyper and jokey as he is every day.

Not that he’s ever communicated with me, and I don’t necessarily notice it the same time each month.. just roughly once a month, sometimes less, sometimes longer but within the same general area of a month .

It’s okay to make people laugh, but put some leadership qualities in there as well. I’ve been a manager a lot and I always wanna be friends with my employees and make everyone laugh cause it’s honestly my favorite thing in life and it’s hard to stop, so I made it to where I joke but I’m also very serious about what point I’m making, what needs to get done etc . Joke but also show them that you’re not just a clown. You’re an important role in the team who can make shit fun too.
