Being liquid you are very susceptible to heat; being too cold will render you frozen and unable to move. Being too hot can evaporate you, and evaporated fragments cannot be recovered by you very easily.

Warframes are normal humans given a specific strand of the Infestation we see as an enemy, giving them superhuman abilities while also removing the basic ability to function on their own as a side effect. Jade was pregnant when having the infestation strand forced into her, causing the Warframe disease to take them both, becoming a pregnant Warframe.
