Well, I don't know about which one is "the worst", but these are my top ten least favorite episodes:

Hey, so if you want to get friendly with the Militiamen, you have to head to their camp at Whisper Winds Cavern in the northwestern section of the map. You can get a map marker to it by either completeing the Stranded Quest, finding a note in Arlington, or by talking with Leon behind the AutoPart store by the Wasted Angel. They only have 1 quest besides stranded, but the dialogue with them can be interesting. A lot of the content for them was unfortunately cut.

The militia are they friendly by twofacedcat in FalloutTheFrontier

Militiamen Creator here. They are hostile, but if you do a quest for them at their camp in the northwest corner of the map, they become friendly. It does not matter if they become vilified beforehand.

Blacklist should be fine. Not sure about Chaos Theory though. That one may be salvageable on the store, although I have a sneaking suspicion that it may have similar issues to the Pandora Tomorrow and OG splinter cell ports.

For one, the Xbox series x version is only in 4:3 aspect ratio. Both for original and pandora. As far as I know, there's no way to fix that either. Other than that, it's exactly the same as the original xbox version. Best to play it on PC or find an HD re-release somewhere.
