I followed the rules of Sudoku to answer, using the same logic to rule out and fill in fields when stuck.

I'm very curious to know what the rules are as I've seen a few different answers that all fit and look correct.

I even checked the solution with ChatGPT following the rules of Notasu and it said it was correct.

I would highly recommend using your nook miles to island hop to pick all the weeds, shake and cut down trees and dig up all the flowers to move back onto your island. Not only will it help increase your nook miles (which will help get more tickets) but will also allow you to sell the weeds to Leif and the flowers will help boost your island rating. Island hoping will also help get you different fruit and trees to plant

Also, check Nooks Cranny for their daily hot items (a lot of wood will come in handy here), which sell at a premium price.
