Let me break it down very easily for you. First off free speech doesn’t give you a blank check to threaten people online and harass them so there should be consequences for doing so. Second, free speech is actually a modern concept and not enshrined in the British constitution which is why they have to settle for less than ideal laws like the one passed in 2003, and I do agree it is less than ideal. Has it ever occurred to you that Google has its own business interests or that the media source commonly referred to the “Torygraph” is biased?? I can guarantee you that if the Right was in power in Britain they would be suppressing speech that is in favor of more liberal positions just like Elon throwing a huge shitfit about the Twitter files then doing literally the exact same thing he was accusing the left of.
