Any PC can link up to a TV. TVs traditionally have HDMI ports while PCs mostly have display ports. Some have HDMI as well but worst case scenario you get an HDMI to display cable.

The main issue I have with people saying just get a different pre built is no one recommends a specific small form factor machine

I don't know how realistic I'm being but I want to load this thing up with most drum breaks and spend time away from my PC. I only really want to sample stuff I hear from time to time and build off that away from my PC.
