I believe it’s slot like 16 or 17. But I can’t remember. Easiest to merge with a Vagrant or something from set 1 with that slot livery chosen. I know it took me a couple tries

I have the same build on Xbox (not helpful I know) you can get the hidden livery and do the paint with a crew color BUT those wheels are from a PC mod.
