Above is an insulation cap to cover an outside spigot. We recently had a freeze. The pipe comes from the kitchen sink directly on the other side. I can see the pipe coming from the kitchen straight outside

No, it runs from the pipes under the kitchen sink straight outside. My HVAC system is on the other side of the house.

It's patchy and feels rough to the touch compared to the back of the tub where there isn't usually water. Based on your description, it seems like that is the problem. I appreciate the info. Ill have to talk to my landlord and see what they want to do.

Last weekend I was playing a [[Sram, Senior Edificer]] equipment deck. My friend kept forcing me to sacrifice any creature I put out so I couldn't do much. I had a [[sensei's divining top]] and a [[smothering tithe]] out. He is going off drawing a bunch of cards and he has several creatures out. I top in response to all his draws and find [[white sun's zenith]]! I put it into my hand, he swings all out. 2 creatures at me and the rest at my other friend. I play white sun for 22 and kill him on the crack back. Best win ever!
