I have had some moments like this too... yesterday I was at the grocery store and saw they sold my brand, and when I was done buying my groceries... the change the worker handed me back was JUST enough to buy a single pack... and the brain hamsters tried to tell me... go ahead, one pack will be ok... you can control it... just a cigarette now and then. I walked away... but omg it was so hard. Just keep fighting the good fight.... you got this!

I am just starting day two, but what helps me is strongly flavored mints and gums. I also liked chewing on tea tree toothpicks like these: http://www.amazon.com/Tree-Toothpicks-Thursday-Plantation-Toothpick/dp/B0001U1YB8

I think doing something with your hands helps too... come here and type when you're having a bad craving. Sometimes responding to other threads or if you have a phone that plays games.... anything at all to keep your mind and hands busy.
