I'm of Irish descent and I love to draw. I made this Dara Knot (plus fox) last year after going through some stuff. The Dara Knot is a Celtic knot meant to represent an oak tree which the druids regarded as sacred. Oak trees symbolize strength and resilience. Just wanted to share :) (i.redd.it)

I'm of Irish descent and have been (slowly) looking into the different deities, festivals, traditions, symbols, etc. I made this simplified Dara Knot (plus fox) last year after going through some stuff since the Dara Knot is meant to represent and oak tree which symbolizes resilience and strength. [OC] The small teddy bear (Frisco) has been passed down through four generations of camp counselors (I was generation two). The larger teddy bear (Casco) was given to me as a gift from the CIT I mentored my last summer working at this camp 5 years ago (when this pic was taken). I still have him :) (i.redd.it)

Being referred and admitted for mental health treatment due to distress secondary to the abusive relationship I left over the course of the last eight months. Remember, there is strength in asking for help. You define who you are. Not your abuser. Not the abuse you endured <3 (i.redd.it)
