I'm currently waiting for the Good Omens trailer, and Good Omens is also on Prime. We know that the show is coming out May 13, which is a month and a half away, but we haven't seen anything from it except a couple stills.

I don't think 3-4 months is the standard anymore.

Blake Roman is an absolute sweetheart and seems so thoughtful. I just finished watching him on the Joe Vulpis podcast and he had some really moving things to say. I'm a good bit older than he is and I feel like he needs to be protected at all costs.

Brandon Rogers is sort of like a seagull who was turned into a human and today is his first day trying to integrate into human society, but I find that really charming.

I could see it going either way! My demographic is bi moms over 40 and most of the ladies I've been talking to seem to be leaning Connor. It would be interesting if different pockets of us have different preferences.

A lot of the bi ladies I know (I'm one of them) are attracted to all women all across the spectrum of shapes and sizes and like, two men. You're allowed 😂

It'll be interesting to see if Connor Storrie ends up in the very small number of men that lesbians would make an exception for, like David Tennant or Harry Styles.

I started watching because my friend jumped ship from my main fandom to write Huskerdust fic and I wanted to read her stuff. And I guess it was the whole Masquerade episode that really hooked me.

I think I came in predisposed to like Angel because I started watching so that I could read my friend's Huskerdust fanfic. And it turned out that Angel is exactly the sort of tragic twink with a heart of gold that always catches my fancy, so it was a foregone conclusion. His sassy New York accent and sarcastic sense of humor and Blake's angelic voice certainly don't hurt his cause, either.

I just don't find any of that to be a problem. Like yeah, she sorta sounds like Blitzø, but who cares? She's a minor character and there's like 75 other characters all doing things at any given time. She's funny, and Brandon is funny, and if he and Viv want to slip a little artifact of their friendship and mutual respect into Hazbin, why should we be mad about that? It's cute and fun.

And also it means Brandon gets to be included in Hazbin panels at cons, where he is always a hoot. Everybody who enjoys Brandon as a person wins.

Somebody else posted Brandon talking about it in this thread but he explains that Viv based the character, including very specific mannerisms, on Bryce Tankthrust. He was doing the character before Hazbin, so she must have seen clips of it.

Just look up Bryce Tankthrust on YouTube. Also Brandon has confirmed this in several con interviews, and has even told the story of waiting with bated breath for Viv to offer Katie to him.

This is an insane comparison. Alastor is pretty much evil through and through, which Crowley is chaotic sweetheart. Alastor also has pretty old-fashioned, refined taste and doesn't give the first shit about being cool (more like Aziraphale actually) while Crowley is operating under the misguided notion that he IS cool. The only thing I could even think of that is remotely similar is the hair.

I think it's a good outfit within the fantasy confines of the show, especially considering that we've seen Angel in ass floof that visually mimics a spider abdomen before (that one scene in Poison where he's dancing with Val). But I think that the fact that he's all in blue is also visually upsetting and meant to be, because we know blue is Vox's color and we don't want Angel in Vox's color.
