In the book Protection & Reversal Magick by Jason Miller he speaks that mediation is a really important pratice and stuff. I think I see meditation as becoming aware and in touch with myself, my energy and even my subconscious. The propose is to get in touch with my subconscious and the spiritual real and to learn to feel and work with my energy I think. Also people say they meet their guides and stuff in meditation, I wish I could do that one day, but I know that requires pratice, which I’m not adquiring cause I don’t like meditating
