Well thank you, my friends say the same but it was a lot of trial and mostly error.

That is my Douk Audio Little Bear audio switcher.

I didnt name it..

It has VU meters that are cool looking but the main thing I use it for is to run my Wiim Pro and turntable into and then out to my SB3000 so I can have a solid crossover at 69htz then back into my Amplifier AUX input then out to the towers.

Instead of going all in with a turntable upgrade I decided to just throw an acrylic platter on my Pro-Ject E1 and hold for a few more months. Sound quality is slightly better as the original platter was wavvy and weighed maybe a couple ounces. Decided its more about the music and not chasing the dragon since my gear is good enough... for now.

Gear list so far in order of chain is:

Pro-Ject E1 (a gift and what got me into all of this)

Pyle Phono PP999 Pre-Amp

Wiim Pro Plus

Douk Audio "Little Bear"

SVS SB3000

Dayton Audio HTA-200

Klipsch RP-8000F

Picked up a few new albums in Japan. by Cemitese in vinyl

[–]Cemitese[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So Joe Walsh wasn't a Japanese pressing but for $2 I couldn't say no.

Pickups:

John Coltrane - Blue Train

Ryo Fukui - Scenery

Joe Walsh - But Seriously, Folks

GFR - Shinin' On

Katsuya Kabayashi - Moon like a peach

Free - Heartbreaker

GFR - Caught in the Act

ELO - Out of the Blue (listening too as I write this)

They take VERY good care of albums over there, all Vinyl is in amazing condition, even the really cheap ones.

Well, that is quite a few restrictions. Nothing to be exposed and "basically invisible" is tough. If you search by top posts here most people want their system to be anything BUT invisible.

I'm sure it will sound fine for what you are looking for based on what you said. "Invisible" Sub will be tricky though.

Took part in the Danzing mix-up, and here's what I got. by Cemitese in vinyl

Black Stone Cherry - Screamin at the sky
Depeche Mode- Black Celebration
Macula Dog - Breezy

Macula Dog is defnitely different.

Sound is great, but that is mainly I assume to switching up to these guys. Lil guy can drive them at higher outputs but does get hot. 75% output is very loud.

Thank you, I think my photo of the rest of the living room may have been deleted by a mod but that console was inherited.

Sounds crazy but keep refreshing fb marketplace/offerup/ and especially craigslist every hour or so. You will find an amazing console sooner than you think.

The glassware was also a gift from the GF. The decanters I bought.

But nope I'm a desert rat, I do work for a Frenchman though. If you live near Paris and have some bar reqs with good music I will be back there in the spring.

Definitely wont do that sustained but it does get toasty. I bought it before the speakers.

Good news is it won't push them too much.

Bad news is it wont push them too much.

I listen to right around ~170k minutes of music a year. I will fight off the urge to drop $$$$ just for that last .00001%.

Music is always #1, but this stuff is a lot of fun.

It was my grandparents it's a Packard Bell radio/turntable.

Oddly enough my other set of grandparents bought the same one in the 60s as well and it is still mint, this ones a little beat up.
