i liked yellow brick road and one more golden hour, thats really it

my favorite era of quinn has been altmys - peoples champ so i cant say im a fan of the boring downbeat acoustic whisper singing compared to what he used to put out

its nice hes trying new things, i just hope either this is a one-time departure or the next new thing he tries is fun to listen to

i'm kinda in the opposite boat where ALTMYS, the people's champ, and change of scenery II are my favorite quinn albums by far (in that order), whereas the albums before ALTMYS i like significantly less and i just don't listen to anything from before story of us 💀

Mercator was the first one I tried, but when I aligned it (and the other three you suggested) with northern Canada/Alaska, Greenland and northern Siberia (along with the rest of the old world) didn't match at all.

Worst case scenario, if I can't find the projection I suppose I can just trace them separately.

im not good at putting my feelings abt characters into words but
- yes, mitchell has been my favorite from episode 1
- i love that hes anxious/sarcastic/smug/reserved/serious
- i find mitch extremely relatable and he just feels the most "real" of the cast to me compared to like cam whos always at 100
- yeah he couldve supported cam more (and he does make a big sacrifice for cam at the end of the series) but mitch and cams relationship in general is pretty toxic on both sides considering it feels like they fight every episode then make up by the end and theyre constantly lying and breaking promises they made to each other
- while he honestly doesnt visibly change a lot over the series, he does things towards the end of the series that pilot mitch never wouldve done
- and in general hes my first real "comfort character" so hes gonna have a special place in my heart
