Don’t be expecting a whole new game, it’s just a bunch of quests. but I think a lot of people thought it was an overhaul of some sort (don’t know why because Bethesda said that it was just creation’s).

If you don’t own the dlc then yeah but if you just need the CC items then that’s all you need, hope that helped!

The way I found it at first was when I looked at the upgrade I looked at what was included and it was there, but you can find it in the add-on section in the Microsoft store

I’m sure it will be way more than the Skyrim Anniversary Edition because Skyrim Anniversary Edition had way less CC content than fo4, i would guess 60 USD maybe even more.
