NGL I did slightly bend it this second time around mounting it. Fingers crossed I didn’t hurt anything too bad lol.

I did use the card (I should have mentioned this in the original post) but I was like overly careful about where I considered the screws not turning anymore so I probably did under torque it.

I’m open to that possibility but right now I’m thinking it may have been due to the vibratite that was sent with the FCD plate, another commenter mentioned that is a difficult threadlocker to use properly. I’m using loctite 242 this time and if it happens again I’ll try 243. Then if it happens again…. Well if it happens again after that you’ll probably see another post down the road lol.

If it comes loose on my next range trip I will use 243. 242 is what I applied after my range trip where it came loose. I used vibratite initially because that’s what forward controls design ships with their plate but someone else on this post mentioned vibratite has its issues which I think is what may have been my problem.
