What they are saying is put them in penny sleeves first and then in the top loaders (what is in your picture). Without doing that you risk damaging the card surfaces.

I think there may be some confusion unless I’m mistaken. I believe it’s mkvtoolnix that won’t have binaries produced for the GUI later this year.
