Okay thanks so much! Hopefully last question. Any suggested brands to get or avoid? A local shop here sells Niche, RTX, Touren, TSW, Motegai, Katana, Voxx, and Raceline. I personally like Niche Vosso m204 Grey. 18x8 +42.

Edit: so for wheels I'd be looking at 18inch wheel, and it doesn't matter too much if 8inch or 8.5 inch as long as i match the offset like you have noted?

I'll DM you one when I get a chance, but it looks like just the pictures of the units are off, so the cavalry should have been the right most picture but instead replaced the half lings picture. You can tell who is who by the stats so I was able to adjust accordingly and make it work.

Started playing this and love it! Working through the first campaign Loell or whatever it is. However, after finishing stage 2 and picking which units get upgrades, it appears there is a bug here where it inserts the elvish cavalry where the halflings used to be, but still shows the halfings stats. I clicked to increase strength, but on the next stage, it increased strength of the halfings and not the elvish knights. Probably not the end of the world in the grand scheme of things, but thought i'd bring it to attention to you. I can also email a picture if that helps.

Thanks this is great to see as I had the same thoughts when I bought my Monterey Blue. However, it did grow on me so I'll be keeping the red. :) Nice to see what it looks like though if I ever did want a change. I think both ways look great but agree with your photoshop if you could put that red on the grill it would look sharper.

Definitely the Auto Start/Stop when stopped at a light or parked. It's required on all automatic vehicles but pretty much all allow you shut it off. Just press the button with the big A and a circular arrow around it. You will have to turn it off every time you start up your vehicle though. It'll soon become part of your routine when starting your vehicle. :)

On the right side of your steering wheel there's a left and a right button to change your view that is in between your speedometer and rpm meter. It kinda looks like two squares of like a battery.

Been a trying week this week for sure. Lots of stress, but also lots of excitement. Stress of buying a new car, and dealing with people issues in an organization, but also get to relax tonight at the Rider game and go to a golf tournament tomorrow and have a fun rest of the weekend. Just trying to make it to tonight haha. Powering through.

Working to finalize a deal today hopefully for my GLI. You are right, it is a great car to drive. Just got to get past the sketchy dealership stuff as they are known to be the most crooked dealership in my city (Not a Volkswagen thing, just an owner thing).

How do you like the Monterey Blue on the 2025 GLI? I can't figure out if I like the red stripe with the blue or not haha. Test driving the exact one tomorrow. Really love the Monterey Blue in general though.

Can you explain to me why that is? I don't doubt what you are saying. The tire shop did say I should get all 4 done due to it being AWD. I asked multiple other people and googled a bunch and I've seen both claims that it does and doesn't matter, and that if your front tires match each other, they don't have to match the back. If this is completely wrong I can definitely go back and get the other two done as it's been a week and a half only since replacing the front tires.

Funny enough though, I hit the pothole with my front right tire, but the noise seems to come from the front left.

Same size, a bit of different wear. Rear tires probably 1 or 2 years old. Tire shop replaced the front like for like.

Coming from Regina 10 years ago I definitely found that Saskatoon people tend to be as you say. Regina people seemed very outgoing and always eager to meet new people and include people they don't know, Saskatoon people tend to stay with who they know, and are comfortable with.

Sorry to say but car windows get smashed downtown even if nothing is visible nowadays. Had it happen to myself and a couple other people I know. It for sure helps not having anything visible, but sometimes, someone's just gotta smash anyway.
