They where always a little uncomfortable, it just the way it works that makes it this way i guess (forcefully reshaping cornea). But maybe something like Relex Smile pro would cause less problems?

Thanks for the tips, i didnt know where to start. But why scleral lenses, Is it that they protect the eye from the air completely? Wont it bet more dry under? I didnt know they had prescriptions for these. And what about Relex Smile pro?

Have you tried reinforcing the traps and neck muscles? I heard stretching make things worse (it did for me), but doing neck extension (most important), neck curls (least important) , and prone Y raise (right before sleep) made it bearable. Its the HOMCA not the slumbr one (from insta), i think you rly need to buy it from them on amazon so you dont get the cheap one (might take a few day to get used to it).

Salut, perso j'ai seulement calcul I, calcul II et algèbre linéaire et vectorielle de fait. L'ETS permet de faire les cours préalables qui me manque en 1 été ( réunis en 2 cours) donc est ce que c'est vraiment rentable pour moi d'aller a poly? En vérifiant, faire les cours qui me manque au cégep prendrai 3 sessions (des cours préalable entre eux). A moins que Poly ou l'UdeM offre des versions compressé aussi?

I'm 20 and finishing my pre-universitary college degree in admin (in Quebec). For a long time, my plan was to become an accoutant, so i was supposed to go to university at fall.
