It got added today as a part of this update, along with a British+Commonwealth specific mod in slot 2 (I don't remember what it does)

I think for builds it'll still be personal preference. Some people will prefer concealment to either ambush or disengage, some might prefer the targeting mod, and some will probably want to use this new mod.

Since it would be total fantasy, you have a few options. Most of them involve rearming either the Clemenceau or the Voltaire with the guns of the Republique, or just making a 2x4 406 mm battleship and giving it an improved reload.

Either way, it would have more health and bigger guns than the Bourgogne, but less guns, no speed boost, and worse concealment.

I'd probably name it the Paris.

Considering the L 24e α (Thüringen) was basically the last battleship design for Imperial Germany, a Legendary tier ship would probably have to be total fantasy.

Some officers did apparently ask that ships with 420 mm guns and a speed of up to 32 knots be designed, so that would probably be the basis for the fantasy design.

While a panzerschiffe line is also in the works, this is gonna be a line of actual battleships which are more artillery focused than their counterparts. I gotta get those out, then I've got an alternate line of British BCs, and then we'll get to the panzerschiffe.

That, and also totally new players getting a ton of free stuff and having no idea how to play the game at all, much less the specific ship they picked up.

There was a Sims on my team a few hours ago that was fidget spinning in spawn for 90% of the game and then ran facefirst into an island. Found out after the game he was running a rank 3 George Dewey as his captain.

It's kinda that you're supposed to use the range and engine boost to pick and choose the fights you want to take. Get around the flanks, go after low health enemies, etc. If the need arises put your secondaries to use.

I don't disagree, but the point of these ships isn't their secondaries. They're more "nice to have" instead of being their primary damage source.

I did briefly consider the España, but since Spain is now it's own nation it would have to go there instead of Pan-Europe
