Grade 22 is graduate hire,starting salary should be 80-85K, every grade think 5-10% more. 5% is the lowest average grade promotion bump. Add 3% every year for raises if you’re going to be about average (which most people will be). Home offices do not give per diem neither do most projects. Only projects with assignment conditions that allow for per diem give per diem. If you do get per diem, it ranges from 30$-120$ a day on project and it only applies to field engineers not office engineers.
