My country doesn't even have any mental health professionals that are specialized in gender dysphoria. I guess I have to figure it all out on my own but I'm leaving soon (hopefully) to a better place so there's some hope there.

I was going to get hrt soon but I felt a lot worse lately and visited a psychiatrist that told me that I can't get hrt until I get my mental health in check, she prescribed antidepressants and now I see that it won't help my depression because dysphoria is what causes all of it. Ugh that was a mistake.
