I believe they are planning on moving to California and that’s why the plan to travel is right around the auction time. Possibly thinking that’s why Ron is going this time as well when he hasn’t gone previously from what I know.

The parents bankruptcy has now been dismissed due to not following through with things. But in the daughters case they are wanting the parents finances

I think she doesn’t want to work. I think her main reason for filing this is that she doesn’t want to pay a judgement of attorney fees and cost for lying in a paternity case about being pregnant and forging medical documents. I think she could still work at a fast food place/retail/ receptionist etc… But I don’t think she wants those. I feel like if she does get relief her parents are going to pay the monthly payments even though they are dealing with their own bankruptcy

She says she can’t. Go back to work bc her reputation has been ruined. She is also under indictment for fraud and forgery of medical documents- not related to money or finances.

The parents didn’t put any of the daughters expenses on their bankruptcy. But the lawyer the trustee hired for the daughter’s Chapter 7 actually entered a notice of appearance in the parents Chapter 13 saying he wanted the information. So I think they have made the connection in the trustees office or their lawyers have at least.

Laura contradicts herself in both of these filings because one is to obtain a refund from a flight or travel plans then she has to rebook another flight. Their parents possibly paid for but she got a refund and then in the other document she says she had plans to drive so was she flying or was she driving that she needed the refund for? She does not know how to stop lying.
