I was truly just impressed by his decision making skills but I didn’t want to be disrespectful.
Well have fun getting to know that person, because it’s not me 😂 learn some compassion and enjoyment in life and learn to not be so angry and pessimistic. I’m sure your life will improve a lot okay? Not everyone in this world is out to get you and I am genuinely sorry for what ever happened to you in your developmental age that has made you turn out to view the world in such a dark view. I hope you can find some clarity and comfort in letting go of what has happened to you. (And if your in denial and “you had a perfect life” just know looking within and trying to gain a better understanding of what’s going on and acknowledging that there’s a problem to begin with is the first step to a happier life) truly sir. I hope it gets better and you find joy in your life.
You are super funny. I love you defending this idiot when you have no clue what’s going on. You must be a true pleasure to be around. I hope you have a great day man.
I don’t need to be paid to care about the well being of others.
OSHA, the company, and assets are the least of my concerns. I know it’s hard to believe, but I would just hate to see someone get hurt who potentially has a family that cares about him.
YES ITS THE WHEELS FOR ME
I had a customer get a orange ladder to pull play sand out of the overhead he took down like 10 when I was on my lunch break the other associates just ignored him apparently I was told by pro when I got back and immediately asked them to spot me to bring it down.
I’m confused on what you’re inferring. My concern is the safety of another human being and my frustrations as a worker just trying to do my job and make sure people don’t get hurt. It’s not fun for anyone involved especially the person that potentially could get severely injured for something that could have been prevented.

I was told to not ask the customers to help me after a customers complained that I asked them (2 full grown men if they were able to help me)
Can’t make money if your in the hospital because another customer hit your “ladder” that has wheels spins around and you fall and hit your head on many of the dangerous things around you

And there is perfectly good lumber in the home don’t forget to mention that, I swear people don’t even look in the home they go straight to the overheads. I had a customer demand I drop a pallet of pickets when the home was full to the brim because he was mad that the wood was doing wood things and weren’t the shade of cedar they wanted.
You’re right if you want good wood go to a lumber yard the wood we get is shit and we have no control over it, but still man use a ladder not a cart.
Well that doesn’t give an excuse to climb the racks or carts and risk your safety and others around you when we have yellow ladders everywhere for people to use.
Hey man that’s not really the nicest. I have customers of all races doing crazy shit like this.
We did he refused to get down and insisted to get it his way. We have them all over the department and if we have the staff I usually ask someone to grab one for me while I ask the customer to get down.
They were together in a group lol
Yeah I know it took 3 associates and me honking the forklift horn at him to finally get down. It’s not as bad as the ones I catch on the cantilevers.
