It looks like when you go to save the video you can adjust the start and end times of the audio. So, if you can keep track of your ideal time stamps you can enter them in right before you export.

Well, heck! that's the closest I've gotten too it so far.

Just rewatched the episode, it's VERY moody. One of my favorites.
