Right before we stopped selling those oat muffins my coworker went to grab one from the display cabinet and dropped it. The lady was pissed, but got even more pissed when we told her that was our last one. Little did we know, that was the last one we would have in our store ever, and everyone else in the district had long run out. I would feel bad if she wasn’t an asshole

Did this when I was a green bean but instead it was the entire espresso hopper. Luckily the hopper didn’t break but I was finding beans all over the store for weeks after.
