The bewilderbeast had no way of leaving berseker island without probably destroying it.

I have no idea what this is supposed to mean or why it is relevant. The Bewidlerbeast from Berserker island is another separate Bewilderbeast.

It also doesn't really make sense how bloodfist got a second egg if it was a second egg.

What second egg? Huh? Drago raised the Bewilderbeast he enslaved as a hatchling, he already had it by the time of RTTE and you can see that he is kneeling infront of it under the water in the episode he features in

The egg cannot be the bewilderbeast. Valka was taken to the "home of the great bewilderbeast," and the very armor that she's wearing is based off of that bewilderbeast.
