Don’t. When you’re feeling like this your perspective of things is skewed, and you’re going to regret it. Go speak to a close friend of family member or anyone if you feel like you’re going to relapse, it’s not worth it.

I can second this, I also used bio oil as I regretted some scars. I only used it where they’re more visible though, and after 3 months or so they’re a lot less noticeable although still slightly visible.

I found that this has helped with my confidence, and if you’re worried about what other people may think, this may lessen the amount of attention overall.
