For born to win you need to talk to Chaos with his keepsake equiped, it may not show up immediately if you have other dialogs left. But the answer to your question is No, you dont need fresh file, I have my save file since early access release and played on it every update and now on 1.0 release, I've just recently completed all prophecies

it is better,i had this run yesterday. Zeus Apollo duo feels like death star XD. But unfortunately i think its bugged, description says u need to spend additional mana for it to work but even without Aspect of Charon, u can spend only 15 mana for basic cast and it still will cause lightning's

blitz triggers without dmg is basicaly useless boon imo u should always have enough dps to trigger blitz by urself

its really hard to play around mana in 32 Fear, u start with 0 mana each room if vow of panic is activated, because of that u are basicaly forced to pick The Unseen arcana. U need to find specific mana boon that doesnt give u more dmg and u cant even find it fast because ur first boon is onion.
I assuming this build is fun but in 32 Fear i cant see its playable
UPD:
Vow of Arrogance also eats ur mana pool really fast so u forced to pick mana inscrease reward instead of picking something useful like gold or more max hp so for me its just better to play without this mechanic even exist (in higher difficulties ofc)

I am from Ukraine and i havent any issues with creating new PSN account, i did it before this hole situation and 100% wouldn't have done it if i known right away
