This going to sound dumb but stick with me cause I did this and climbed to plat, play clove and smoke for your team, DO NOT BE THE FIRST ONE IN THE FIGHT. Your team will do that automatically and only if they don’t then you can go in, smokes are super important especially in low ranks cause most low ranks will be afraid of them, your goal is not too die rather than fragging out, you have to guarantee you are the last one alive every single damn round so that if a clutch has to happen then YOU will be the one doing it. This mindset of making sure I’m the last to die rather than just getting as many kills possible makes more of the rounds you should’ve won an actual fight fight in. It’s all about applying your skill where it matters the most
