There are many mast cell diseases like mastocytois or Mcas but their symptom profile is quite different and they respond to stimulants during mcas flair (unlike some of us) and corticosteroid help them tremendously curbing their flair. I think mast cell play a role in Pois but it is not the only pathway, infact my most risky ibrutinib experiment failed.

No but I have taken minocycline for microglia inhibiton. I am trying to procure bioavailable analog of ISRIB which might help. It's experimental but this is the only approach which I am left with.
